One More Thing For Generating Numbers is That When You Press a Certain Key Computer will Record the Exact Time of it and Generate a Number. 

This Type of Random Numbers Are Highly Encrypted And Toughest to Break

 PSEUDO RANDOM NUMBERS

now These are an alternative to True Random Numbers, For the Computers/Devices Which Does not Have Special instruments to measure Things as True Random Numbers devices do.

There For these Computers/Devices Special Algorithms Are Used in fact They Are Not Real (PSEUDO) But Algorithms Are designed to make as Random as Possible.

If an Attacker Knows About This Algorithm Used Can Break these algorithms hence Breaking The Encryption.
