What's Time | Can it Slow ,Fast or even Stop

On Need of Ideas of time

Since the advent of human civilization all species respond to environment and know that a repeated process occurs on earth all species see the sun rise and sunset and accordingly they do all needed things for survival , from ancient times all earlier civilization noticed that there all the processes are happening in a fixed interval as the rise of sun and other things , so there become a need that a standard should be set so that we should compare our progress, sun rise and other things with some durations . 

As civilizations became advanced the need for such concept became Huge ,

Then the earlier Civilizations made a Standard as a Sand Clock in which the sand is passed from one half to other and we will assume it to be a unit direction.

Well the utmost things that all noticed is that as the duration passes or say the sand clock measures unit duration or with each and every sand particles passing the things became irreversible or say things became history as tomorrow will never came again , so these ideas are obvious and the earlier Civilizations concluded that  as these  durations passes the older things became history or will never be again, so something standard is felt that there is something duration is passing on and we should measures the duration with some of standards made by us .

So we made Clocks which are based on concept that as each and every stick moves a unit angle we consider it as a unit time or unit duration .

Precisely Defining time

Now the all discussion we'd could be concluded as the definition of time, so more precisely time could be defined as all of the following-

1. the measured or measurable period during which an action, process, or condition exists or continues : duration.

2.a nonspatial continuum that is measured in terms of events which succeed one another from past through present to future.

3.the point or period when something occurs 

4.conditions at present or at some specified period 

We can define time in much more ways but what I used to define is that there's will help us to understand the basic ideas.

Now the Unit time is what we defined as second, and it has its own standard definition of speed of light and so more.
